Rubber Ducky had a rough day. Vida is so interested in the new additions to the nursery & baby's bathroom. I turned my back for a minute, realized Vida was MIA and ran to the nursery, (which is where I usually find her these days). And, there she was....enjoying Georgea's rubber ducky bath toy. This toy was a shower gift from my friend Ivy, so there is also a sentimental value issue here. The duck still squeaks, so we think Georgea can still enjoy it, but what to do about Miss Vida's interest in all things baby?? Now that is a another issue. Would love to hear thoughts from any of you who've had similar challenges!

Vida and Georgea will be fine as long as Mommy and Daddy don't make too big a deal out of every little incident. Babies and dogs seem to have an affinity for each other...just ask Christina how much my Dallas ( who has NEVER been around babies) loves Isabella...and Vida is so sweet that there shouldn't be any problems. Remember...if you can send an item of Georgea's clothing back before you come home...have Vida's baby sitter put it in her bed and when Georgea comes home...Vida will already know her.
We will keep praying that you and James get to China ASAP to being home your baby girl! In addition to her family, she has the whole neighborhood of Bel Canto just waiting to meet her, hug her and love her!!!
