Heading Home tomorrow Wed 6/3

We're heading home in the morning. This last leg of our trip has gone too quickly. We have loved Guangzhou, and all of our China experience. We are looking forward though, to getting home and settling into a real routine.

Unfortunately we experienced a technical difficulty and weren't able to load our camera photos onto the computer last night. So, I'll catch up with the blog once we get settled in at home. We arrive home at approximately 3:30pm Pacific time on 6/3. We depart on the 3rd and arrive home the same day due to the 15 hour time change. We're going oceans away from our baby girl's homeland. Our friend Robert described China as "magical" and we can't think of a more perfect description. We commit to honoring and remembering Georgea Lin Zi Luo's Chinese heritage. We, as a family are forever tied to this special place.

Oh Blessings on you guys - we loved the pictures - what a captivating smile! We shared many of your experiences too - and like you - came to love China as more than the birthplace of our children - enchanting is a good word for that - it was not at all what we had expected!

Safe travels - (it is about 0630 on 6/3 in China - so you may well be on your way!) and we're looking forward to seeing life at home!

Great joy for you guys -

I've loved sharing your experiences through this blog. It is such a joy to watch you both as you journey into parenthood. Parenthood will make you laugh harder than you ever had and cry more than you thought you could. Both are worth every second!~!

James, Amy and Georgea,
Oh my goodness! I just looked at the time...I didn't do this intentionally but realized you should have JUST LANDED! We SO wish we could be there to welcome you home and see your baby girl for the first time. You must be completely excited and exhausted all at the same time. Just think...Georgea is about to step inside her forever home...or at least your home until you move back to Cincinnati...hint...hint...for the very first time! Thank you again for including all of us on your beautiful journey. Seeing Georgea smile was the best "sign off" you could have given all of us.

Now...REST...RELAX...ENJOY PARENTHOOD...and know we have all thoroughly enjoyed watching the three of you become a family. You are such a beautiful family - now all you need is Vida in the mix! This might be a tough transition for her.

Love you guys,
Cathy (and co.)
