An update on my Mom. She is home from rehab and has recovered well from the brain surgery. Mom is currently going through radiation treatments, and will continue to do so 5 days a week for the next 6 weeks if all goes well, and she is able to continue to tolerate the treatments. My Mom's condition is not cureable, however the radiation should help keep the growth of additional tumors at bay for awhile and for this we are thankful. She has been very brave with regard to her surgery & treatment. I love and admire her so much.
Breakfast on the patio. Blueberries are Georgea's favorite fruit, thus the telltale purple lips!
Georgea has discovered Vida's water bowls. We really have to keep an eye on her these days. She's into everything. :-)
Saturday brunch. Georgea holding her own cup. We had to capture this on film because it still doesn't happen all that often. Our baby girl likes to be "babied", and we're not sweating the small stuff right now.
Daddy's girl. Georgea "dives" into her Daddy's arms when he reaches for her. Really precious to see.

From a mom of a 26 yr old, a 22 yr old, an a 4 year old...baby her as much as you can, it won't last forever :( She is absolutely beautiful!!!

So adorable!! Congrats on three months! Time flies with little ones around...
I'm so happy to hear your mother is doing well. I wish you all peace during her treatments.
Well welcome back! Thanks for the candid update on Mom - we'll keep her in our thoughts and prayers. As for your DD - wow what a girl! You better get some good running shoes - shortly you'll need them to keep up!
And thanks - for not sweating the small stuff - I tended to worry about that small stuff with our first 3 - and as a result probably did something of a 'dis-service' to those kids (It's cool - they've forgiven me!) :) Way easier this time having realized that the small stuff really is just that - yeah - way easier (or "more better" as Braelyn would say!)
hugs - aus and co.
She is adorable!!! We are in TN and Daddy is a UT grad so you know we love the hat : ) At first I thought you had adopted from Vietnam as she looks Vietnamese but I notice she is from Guangxi (one of our best friends is too) I am sure you get that a lot with Guangxi being so close to Vietnam : )
Congrats on 3 months..it really does fly by so enjoy it. We have been home with our daughter from China for almost 4 years and our son from Vietnam for almost 1 year!
You are such a great mum. So much love from you and your husband for Georgea. I am thankful that there are still people like you in this world. God bless you and your family!
